Senior Manager for CRM and Advertising Applications ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS &TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: Solution Delivery / Support: - Responsible and accountable for providing world-class application delivery services both project and support for CRM AND ADVERTISING product suite. - Business liaison for CRM AND ADVERTISING, closely partners with customers to assess feasibility, complexity, and scope of new capabilities and solutions - Demonstrates a sound understanding of Clients functional / business objectives that drive and shape functional requirements and design deliverables around CRM AND ADVERTISING. - Drives and leads CRM AND ADVERTISING solution design and delivery services, including requirements analysis, functional and technical design leadership, development and deployment planning, and documentation / review with business and IT constituents - Drives continuous improvement; includes development of roadmaps, standardization of processes and methodologies - Provides expertise and consistent leadership on projects and initiatives related to CRM AND ADVERTISING - Ensures that all capabilities delivered align with original business objectives, service levels, IT strategies, and design intent - Defines proactive activities and tasks required for optimization of stability and performance and business processes - Directs and influences appropriate support teams (internal and third party) to ensure service levels are met Team Leadership / Organizational Responsibilities: - Lead a team that provides consulting, training, analysis, development and production support to studios globally. - Manage team capacity planning and create development estimates to ensure team can meet deliverables on time and within budget. Participates in design / development estimating and scheduling - Promotes a strong combination of functional leadership, technical expertise and business process skills across the team. - Demonstrates strong partnership with other Service Delivery teams in the successful execution of standard processes (incident management, problem management, release management, change management, etc.) - Provide mentoring, coaching, staff appraisals, career path direction, and escalation support to a staff of 8-10. - Collaborates and maintains working relationships with appropriate technology vendor contacts and peer company contacts - Closely partners with customers to assess feasibility, complexity, and scope of new capabilities and solutions - Perform special projects and departmental initiatives as needed JOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS: • BS or MS in Computer Management Information Systems or other related degree • CRM AND ADVERTISING domain knowledge with relevant experience in marketing and customer analytics • 6-8 years experience as an IT manager including project implementations • Management experience with technical delivery teams in business-facing roles is highly desirable • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment • Track record of planning and delivering cost effective results • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, presentation, and customer service skills • Proven ability to evaluate and manage risk • Proven project leadership skills with the ability to multi-task, delegate and prioritize tasks • Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff • Must be able to manage and influence on and off-shore development, integration, and quality assurance teams.
