Summary Description:

A successful candidate for our Inside Sales Team will possess excellent communications skills and will have the drive & dedication to assist ADS in providing superior customer service and reaching our sales goals.

Compensation: $36,000 per year

Required computer skills:

Minimum of 2+ yrs. exp. MS office, particulary Excel & Outlook

Hours:

8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Required Education/Training:

Knowledge of tactical equipment, military, federal agencies and government contracts.

Required experience:

Minimum of 2+ years sales experience, telephone sales, also 2 years of customer service experience

Special Requirements:

REQUIREMENT: MUST KNOW AND BE SAVVY WITH MILITARY TERMINOLOGY, ACRONYMS, ETC. IN ORDER TO DO THIS POSITION SUCCESSFULLY.

Responsibilities

Answer calls and emails from military and government customers purchasing special operations equipment

Must provide excellent customer service and respond to requests immediately

Successful candidate will be highly organized and able to demonstrate a track record of great follow-through

Should be able to develop excellent relationships with customer base while still managing high volume of processing activities

Partner with outside rep to create revenue (No travel required of inside sales reps.)

Must be able to work well with remote direction

Expected to make sales calls to customers and prospects

Responsible for prospecting to find now customers and contacts within region

Responsible for expanding existing accounts and making cold calls to potential new accounts

Responsible for researching items, quoting products to customer base, and closing sales

Successful candidate will be able to rapidly learn about our wide array of products and be able to make recommendations to customers

Responsible for assisting clients with selection of proper funding or contract vehicles

Must Have These Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Absolutely crucial that this individual be team-oriented; teamwork is central to our success

* Must be detail-oriented and organized, able to manage competing priorities with relative comfort

* Knowledge of tactical equipment, military, or federal agencies

* Knowledge of government contracts
