Title: Medical Software Sales Engineer Location: Orlando, FL Type: Full Time

We are actively seeking a senior level, technically-oriented sales engineering professional who is well versed in pre-sales support by utilizing proven software / custom solutions and consultative selling methodologies and skill sets. Candidate will ideally have a deep technical background in IT Service Management, Help Desk, Asset-Management, ITIL, Services Management or CRM space. A proven track record of successful team accomplishments while in a Sales Engineering role for a software manufacturer is preferred. Ideal applicant must possess a complete understanding of the business drivers related to large scale enterprise wide solutions / services and be extremely proficient in uncovering needs, responding to RFPs, facilitating proof of concept trials and making technical sales presentations. • Technical pre-sales engineers deliver presentations to targeted clients and develop custom demonstrations. • Respond to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs • Work closely with both internal sales teams and prospective customers while executing the technical aspects of the sales strategy. Job Qualifications • Must have a minimum of five years experience selling and implementing emerging enterprise software solutions in a sales engineering role. • Demonstrated experience analyzing customer problems, requirements and proposing technical solutions. • Must develop and maintain sales tools such as demonstrations and presentation materials. • Must be able to create sales proposals (RFIs/RFPs), contribute to white papers, and technical documentation. • Must have, at a minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree with a technical minor. • ITIL Foundations Certification is highly preferred. • Must possess excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills. • Must have hands-on experience implementing enterprise-class software applications. • Must be willing to travel at least 30% of the time • Success demands approximately 3+ years of proven experience in a Sales Engineering capacity. • Technical sales experience with any of the following companies would prove extremely valuable: Remedy, TouchPaper, Axios Systems, Peregrine or Computer Associates. • ITIL Foundations Certification is highly preferred. • Must possess excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills. • Must have hands-on experience implementing enterprise-class software applications. • Must be willing to travel at least 30% of the time • Success demands approximately 3+ years of proven experience in a Sales Engineering capacity. • Technical sales experience with any of the following companies would prove extremely valuable: Remedy, TouchPaper, Axios Systems, Peregrine or Computer Associates.
