DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented Leader to develop and manage a territory in Chicago with excellent potential. This is a high growth opportunity, meant for an individual that has a track record of driving business results through outstanding people leadership. The ideal candidate is accustomed to and thrives at working independently and is excited about the prospects of helping build a young company with amazing growth prospects. The ideal candidate has had experience creating and executing systems to improve operating results.

This exciting, innovative position will be based in the Chicago market. The owners have multiple locations throughout the country, so the opportunities are abundant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Develop, grow and manage new territory
o Build relationships with commercial accounts and sell our services
o Represent our company as the brand advocate in community and networking events
o Develop this franchise into the “Role Model” franchise
o Manage all daily activities to include fleet management, recruiting, staffing, scheduling, marketing, office, truck operations, sales, and corporate compliance
o Inspire employees to achieve set goals by coaching them on driving revenue and marketing
o Monitor results periodically with Franchisor
o Create and execute long term business plans and budgets
o Use proprietary software, outlook, excel, word, and powerpoint at an advanced level
o Ensure our people are respected, taken care of and enjoy their jobs
o Willing to manage from the field while working in the trucks on a substantial basis

EDUCATION:

University degree in business, sales or marketing preferred or equivalent work experienced.

EXPERIENCE:

Experience selling highly preferred. Prior retail, transportation and/or customer service management experience ideal. Prior experience growing and managing a business, ideally with at least $1M in sales. Demonstrated skills managing employees in a fast-paced, customer service intensive environment. Solid track record of developing others. Experience working with or as an entrepreneur a plus.



COMPENSATION

$31,000-$35,000 salary plus bonus, profit share and other incentives.
